Statewide cost allocation: Co-chair Harmon moved to adopt the governor's recommended adjustments for statewide cost allocations that reflect intra-government service billing (Attorney General fees, legislative audit billings, state controller and treasurer fees, risk management and the office of information technology services). The adjustments total $5,540,500 across funds: $3,636,200 from the general fund, $2,090,300 from dedicated funds and a $186,000 reduction from federal funds. The committee recorded a 20-0 affirmative vote and passed the motion.
Committee analysts pointed committee members to detailed breakout tables in the packet showing agency-level impacts and said the items will be incorporated into agency maintenance budgets.
