The committee approved a one-time reappropriation of $6,743,800 in federal grant funds for implementation of the Idaho Behavioral Health Plan (IBHP) after implementation delays caused previously awarded grant authority to lapse. Committee members recorded a 15–5 tally in favor of restoring that federal spending authority for FY2025.
