Committee returns RS 32292 on raised candidate filing fees to sponsor after debate

Representative Crane offered a substitute motion to return RS 32292 to the sponsor for further work; the sponsor said she was open to friendly amendments and to working with colleagues on adjustments. Representative Polhonka initially moved introduction before the substitute motion.
