"RS 31909 deals with the long standing tradition that we've had in The United States as well as in the state of Idaho of offering a prayer before we do business," Crane told the committee. Representative Mickelson moved to introduce RS 31909; the committee approved the motion by voice vote.
The committee took no testimony and the resolution was introduced for future consideration.
