Committee approves introduction of four remaining RSs after objections

The committee clerk recorded a roll call and the chair announced at the conclusion that by a vote of 8 to 5 the four RSs would be introduced and printed.
Why it matters: The roll-call approval permits those four draft requests to be printed and to begin the formal bill-drafting/printing process; committee members opposed the mass action on principle, saying each RS should be considered individually before advancing.
