RS targets medical-record access for Social Security disability applicants

He said the RS would effectively provide one free copy of the requested records for applicants pursuing Social Security disability claims.
Senator Wintrow moved to send RS31947C1 to print and Senator Blaylock seconded. The committee approved the motion by voice vote; no roll-call tally was recorded in the transcript.
