DEQ said its notice appeared in the Administrative Bulletin on Aug. 7, 2024, and that no written comments were received; the Board of Environmental Quality adopted the rule Nov. 14, 2024. Sen. Harris moved to approve the docket; Sen. Blaylock seconded. The committee approved the docket on a voice vote.
