Johnson described the change as an oversight and said POST submitted a temporary rule in the July 3, 2024 Idaho Administrative Bulletin while seeking permanent correction.
Senator Wintrow moved to accept the rule docket; Senator Lakey seconded. The committee approved the docket by voice vote.
