Committee staff presented accompanying legislative language that (1) described allowable uses of the appropriated funds, (2) requested a five‑year report on outcomes of adult education and literacy investments, (3) provided exemptions from object‑transfer limitations within the division, and (4) imposed conditions, limitations and restrictions on reappropriations.
The committee approved the language by unanimous consent for inclusion with the bill and recorded a do‑pass recommendation for the appropriation and language. Final enactment remains subject to further legislative action.
