Representative Alfieri said the draft “cleans up some of the language, specifically notification time,” and pointed committee members to the proposed change on “page 3, lines 38 onward” of the draft. “That's really essentially what it does so it's fairly simple. I would ask for your support in moving this forward,” Alfieri said.
