"For the record, I'm Doctor Cynthia Pemberton," said Cynthia Pemberton, president of Lewis‑Clark State College, who opened the presentations with a description of LC State's student demographics and program focus. "We are a small institution that does big things," she said, adding that LC State charges tuition and fees of $7,610 a year and serves about 200 incarcerated students through the Second Chance Pell program in Orofino, Boise and Pocatello.
