Budget overview and LAUNCH: Legislative Services Office analyst Kevin Campbell presented budget exhibits showing Boise State’s enrollment above 27,000 and a personnel‑heavy cost structure. President Marlene Tromp told the committee Boise State has about 1,300 students enrolled in the state’s LAUNCH program, and that roughly 600 of those students rely on LAUNCH as their sole financial support.
