Flood Control Executive Committee ratifies December/January invoices and approves February invoices

The King County Flood Control District Executive Committee on Feb. 5 approved payment of the February 2025 invoices and ratified the chair's previously recommended payments for December 2024 and January 2025.
Michelle Clark, the district executive director, presented the invoice summary. Clark noted a large warrant for work performed by the King County Water and Land Resources Division totaling $4,206,772.41 for November work, including budget preparation and project work on several projects. Clark also identified other invoices in the packet: AndySites (web hosting) for $149; Ensley Best (legal) for $1,393.57; Lund Consulting for $9,077.25 for Lower Green River planning work; Parametrics for $21,431.81; Washington State Auditor for $9,033.61 (2024 audit work); and Wallace Wilkins (executive coach) for $4,241.25.
Clark recommended approval of the invoices and ratification of the chair's earlier memos for December and January. Vice Chair Perry moved the motion to approve the invoices and ratify those earlier payments; Supervisor Von Reichbauer seconded. The committee approved the motion by voice vote (recorded by the clerk as 3 ayes, 0 noes). Clark said all invoices were within their contracted amounts.
The committee did not request further funding changes; Clark said she is available to answer specific invoice questions and confirmed the invoices reflected contracted work and audit activity.
