Committee adds federal funding restriction language to recent Health & Welfare bills by unanimous consent

Miss Williamson (analyst) told the committee she had inadvertently omitted the usual federal funding restriction language from the bills considered last Wednesday and Friday and asked to add that language. Representative Price requested unanimous consent to accept the language as shown; no members objected and the language was approved by unanimous consent.
Committee staff said the language is a standard restriction relating to federal funding sources and was intended to be included with those bills. The change does not move money and was handled as a non‑controversial unanimous consent item.
