JFAC adds reporting language for Office of Energy and Mineral Resources 'Speed Council'

The language also asks OEMR to justify any request for continued funding to aid future legislative decision‑making.
Budget staff noted this was not a new appropriation vote but a vote to include the language when the motion is transmitted to the Senate. The analyst said the language was intended to give the committee information to inform decisions on future funding.
Representative Tanner requested unanimous consent to accept the language and, with no objection, the committee ordered the language included.
