Keith Bybee, Division Manager for Budget Policy Analysis in the Legislative Services Office, told the committee the packet lays out options the committee will vote on this week. He said the governor’s recommended FY2026 general‑fund revenue estimate for budgeting purposes is about $6.26 billion, while the Economic Outlook and Revenue Assessment Committee recommended $6.4 billion for FY2026.
