Judy Taylor, director of the Idaho Commission on Aging, told the committee the agency conducted a needs assessment with 1,109 unique respondents from 37 of Idaho’s 44 counties. Taylor said the assessment was required by federal and state law to inform the state plan and to identify services that help older adults remain in their communities.
