He said staff sometimes work remotely under a hybrid model and that ITD is "doing about 50% of the vehicle transactions, centrally online or through the mail." Stokes told the committee ITD has systems and metrics to track remote productivity.
Senator Hart asked where DMV field employees are located; Stokes said ports of entry and headquarters house the staff, with many positions distributed around the state.
