HHS staff hand out corrected Armstrong budget figures for Community Connect and Free Through Recovery

Auckland asked legislative council to add an “adjusted Armstrong executive budget” column so the record shows the governor’s intended amounts rather than the values that were entered into the OMB system during a rapid budget process.
Representative O’Brien and other members agreed the corrected figures should be part of the amendment record; Keith, committee staff, said staff can include the corrected numbers in the house‑version long sheet and that the committee should treat the corrected numbers as the executive recommendation for amendment drafting.
Ending: Committee members asked staff to include the corrected Armstrong numbers on the long sheet and to reflect any reductions or other changes relative to those corrected figures in prepared amendments for Monday’s vote.
