The House Committee on Housing and Homelessness voted Wednesday to advance two measures to the House floor.
Representative Reese Iverson moved House Bill 3,034 to the floor with a "do pass" recommendation; the committee recorded a roll-call vote and the motion passed. Representative Anderson volunteered to carry the measure on the House floor.
On House Bill 3,035 the committee adopted the dash-1 amendment and then voted to move the bill, as amended, to the House floor with a "do pass" recommendation. Representative Levy volunteered to carry HB 3,035 on the House floor.
The committee conducted roll-call votes for both actions and announced carriers for floor consideration. No recorded “no” votes appeared in the committee roll calls reported in the hearing transcript; at least one member was recorded as excused during the roll calls.
