Senator Harris moved to send RS32348 to print; Senator Keiser seconded. The committee approved the motion by voice vote.
The request is at the drafting/printing stage; the printed bill will show precise statutory revisions and any fiscal or implementation requirements. Stakeholders such as licensing authorities and assisted-living operators will likely be invited to future hearings to testify on impacts.
