Weaver thanked committee members for an opportunity to return with clarifications and acknowledged department staff turnover; he asked for the committee’s support for the docket. Representative Raymond moved approval. The committee voted by voice; the docket passed.
The change is procedural: the department said it seeks consistency between administrative rule language and the recently enacted statute rather than substantive policy change.
