BOISE — The Idaho Senate Commerce Committee approved its Feb. 4, 2025, minutes and granted unanimous consent to forward two rule‑setting RSs (RS 32355 and RS 32356) to the Senate Judiciary and Rules Committee for introduction.
Senator Nichols moved to approve the minutes of Feb. 4, 2025; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. Later the chair described RS 32355 and RS 32356 as statements of the committee’s findings from its rules review. Because the deadline for introducing an RS had passed in Commerce, the chair requested unanimous consent to send both RSs to Judiciary and Rules for printing and introduction; the committee raised no objections and the chair ordered the RSs sent for a print hearing.
No public testimony was recorded on these items. The committee then adjourned.
