Senator Galloway moved the package and Representative Handy seconded.
The combined committee recorded totals in the motion of $1,754,900 from the general fund and $1,534,400 from dedicated funds for a total of $3,289,300. The committee approved the package by a combined vote of 15 ayes and 5 nays; the motion will carry a due‑pass recommendation to the floor.
