Shakopee spotlights safety partnerships: AED donations, Heart Safe compliance and Safe Routes grants

At the June 23 meeting Shakopee Public Schools highlighted a series of safety initiatives and community partnerships during a National Safety Month spotlight presented by district assistant Jim Paul Sich.
Sich said safety is the district's top daily priority and credited ongoing partnerships with the Shakopee Police Department, local fire departments, county health care providers and the City of Shakopee for supporting drills, reunification planning and emergency response.
