Committee approves Department of Administration enhancements and $122.9 million in public‑works requests from the Permanent Building Fund

Representative Petzke moved the Permanent Building Fund package and the committee carried the motion (combined totals recorded as 15 ayes, 3 nays, 2 absent/excused).
The committee adopted language requiring the Division of Public Works to include a status report on public works projects with its November budget submission and directed the Permanent Building Fund Advisory Council to recommend disposition of appropriations for projects where construction has not begun within four years or where balances remain from appropriations older than five years.
