House State Affairs committee approves resolution honoring Boise State football and coach Spencer Danielson

The House State Affairs Committee sent House Concurrent Resolution 12 to the full House with a due-pass recommendation after Representative Barbara Ehart introduced the resolution and Boise State head coach Spencer Danielson addressed members.
