Representative Redmond moved to hold House Bill 27 at the desk and to introduce and send RS 32-133 to the second reading calendar. The committee approved holding HB 27 and approved introduction and referral of RS 32-133 with a "do pass" recommendation by voice votes. No public testimony was recorded during the committee actions.
