Court adds Net Recovery jail treatment option, citing successful Scott County trial

Franklin County fiscal court amended its previously approved Net Recovery agreement so the program can treat inmates inside the county jail as well as at a community residential provider; county and program leaders said local tests in neighboring Scott County treated more people, faster, with high completion rates.
Franklin County fiscal court approved an amendment Feb. 26 that allows the Net Recovery device and associated treatment program to be used inside the Franklin County Regional Jail as an alternative pathway for people with opioid use disorder.
