Senate Health and Welfare committee approves multiple licensing-rule dockets and temporary fee cuts

The Senate Health and Welfare Committee approved a series of administrative rule dockets and temporary fee reductions for multiple professional licensing boards during a single session, carrying each motion by voice vote.

Committee members voted to approve pending rule rewrites and updates submitted by the Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses on behalf of boards after negotiated rulemaking, public meetings and public hearings.
