"System wide is not a bricks and mortar institution. Rather system wide is a mechanism for getting funding to researchers and to research projects located within the college and universities," Campbell said.
For FY2026 the account requests $15,000 for training materials to address a rise in younger students on campus because of dual‑credit programs and campus camps. Campbell told the committee the request is included under systemwide because the need and training have broad implications across institutions.

Campbell reviewed prior enhancements that added staff and support for online learning platforms and the Apply Idaho admissions portal. He also noted a small FY2025 correction request related to the compensation equivalent calculation (CEC).
