Contract extension Peter Clegg, participating online, presented a request to extend an existing contract. He said the extension request equates to "32 months, a $100,000 a quarter, be roughly a million" as discussed in the meeting record. The council moved to approve the contract extension; Councilman Thomas made the motion and Councilman Stromberg seconded. The voice vote was recorded as unanimous.
