On Oct. 8, 2025, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended that city council approve three separate special use permits to place temporary construction trailers on residential lots in the Briarley (Redbird Meadows) subdivision: 703, 707 and 710 Gunner Court.
Planning staff described each request as a standard temporary placement to centralize construction activity, staging and deliveries during homebuilding. Staff said the applications had been reviewed by the architectural review committee for landscaping, fencing and parking, and recommended conditions that include keeping the surrounding area free of litter and overgrown vegetation, complying with the city noise ordinance and allowing periodic city inspections to ensure compliance.
Staff told the commission the trailers were not yet on site and that they expected placement to occur after final council approval.
