The council approved moving forward with the Arterial Streets Resurfacing 2026 project, which the mayor said will resurface portions of College Hill, including Northwood Drive from Teraview Drive to Westwood Drive, and Teraview Drive from Northwood Drive to Airport Drive. Construction was described in the meeting recap as expected to be completed during the summer of 2025.
