The St John Town Redevelopment Commission met on Oct. 22, 2025, approved the minutes from its Sept. 24, 2025 meeting and adjourned after a short session, voting 5-0 on both procedural motions.
The measures were procedural: the commission voted to approve the Sept. 24, 2025 redevelopment commission meeting minutes and later approved a motion to adjourn. Both motions passed unanimously by roll call vote, with a 5-0 tally.
The meeting included a roll call that recorded members Gerald Swets, Christian Jorgensen, Anne Oster, Wayne Pandina and Mike Bovat as voting "yes" on the recorded motions. Bill Manesopoulos was absent. The transcript shows other individuals listed for the broader town meeting roster, but no one indicated a public comment specifically for the redevelopment commission; several people who had signed up were intended for the town council portion of the evening.
There was no substantive discussion of redevelopment projects, ordinances, contracts or policy at the redevelopment commission meeting. Reports and correspondence were not presented, and the commission moved quickly through approval of the minutes and adjournment.
The commission adjourned to proceed to the St John Town council meeting, where the public commenters who had signed up for the evening were expected to speak.
