Budget and timing: Megan said the total project budget is $315,920 and that the organization has begun aggressive fundraising because the lot was purchased rather than donated. Habitat requested $75,000 from CPC and is pursuing additional private and foundation funding to close the gap; she said the group would proceed even if CPC awarded less than the full amount but that drawing on unrestricted reserves would reduce funding available for future projects.
