The court accepted a negotiated no‑contest plea from Alexis Patrick (case 2024CR04237) to a disorderly conduct charge. The judge ordered 12 months, with 48 hours to serve, credit for time served and a $500 fine; the balance of the sentence was suspended provided Patrick pay the fine and stay away from the named person, DeMarcus Smith.
