Commission approves agenda and minutes, excuses a member
Summary
At the Oct. 15 meeting the Community Engagement Commission excused a member, and unanimously approved the meeting agenda and prior minutes by voice votes.
The Community Engagement Commission conducted roll call and approved routine meeting procedures at the Oct. 15 meeting.
During roll call commissioners recorded their attendance and then made a motion to excuse Commissioner Logan Langford from the meeting; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
The commission then moved to approve the meeting agenda and the minutes from the previous meeting. Both motions were seconded and approved by voice vote with no recorded opposition.
These were procedural actions; no ordinance or policy change was associated with the votes taken at this time.
