Council hears broad public-works and CIP update: sidewalks, trails, pond power and water projects

City Manager David Reed and Public Works Director Julio Gomez told council the public-works crew is restoring decomposed-granite walkways at the Ron PD Memorial Community Garden and coordinating planter-bed restoration with local master gardeners. Reed reported that interior community-center renovations are complete and that staff will issue a certificate of occupancy if final inspection criteria are met.
