JFAC approves federal-funding restriction language for recent Health & Welfare bills by unanimous consent

Committee staff requested a housekeeping addition to bills the committee considered earlier for the Division of Public Health and Child, Youth and Family Services: language restricting or clarifying federal funding usage in the relevant appropriations. An analyst explained the language had been omitted from the versions the committee acted on last week and should be added to ensure consistency.
Miss Williamson identified herself as the analyst and explained the requested language. Representative Price asked for unanimous consent to accept the language; no members objected and the language was approved by unanimous consent. The committee recorded that the language will be added to the previously considered health and welfare bills.
