They said they plan to return to the board with a recommended path forward within the next one to two weeks.
Budgeted operating expenses were small relative to capital programs and were listed at about $52,000 in the supplemental materials, covering garbage, utilities and routine maintenance. No capital projects were proposed for the coming year at the time of the briefing; staff said they will outline options to the board in an upcoming meeting.
