Committee advances final plat for Shivsegar Residential Subdivision on Commerce Center Boulevard

The Troy Law and Ordinance Committee on Oct. 13 unanimously recommended that the final plat for the Shivsegar Residential Subdivision move forward after planning staff noted the Planning Commission approved the proposal Oct. 8, presiding member Jeffrey Witten said.
Planning staff member Titterington told the committee the subdivision is roughly 2.5 acres (listed in the staff summary as "almost 2.6 acres"), zoned OR-1 and would consist of six lots. Titterington said each building would contain four units. The proposal includes payment of fees in lieu of dedicated parkland, and is located on Commerce Center Boulevard; staff did not request emergency legislation.
When asked whether members had questions, committee members did not raise any; Witten said, "Move forward," and the committee voted unanimously to advance the item. No public comment on the item was recorded.
