Committee backs final plat for The Reserves at Cliff Oaks, Phase 2

The Troy Law and Ordinance Committee on Oct. 13 unanimously recommended that the final plat for The Reserves at Cliff Oaks, Phase 2, move forward after planning staff said the escrow-agreement paperwork required by the Planning Commission had been received, presiding member Jeffrey Witten said.
The recommendation follows a positive Planning Commission decision in July that was conditioned on staff obtaining the escrow agreement. Planning staff member Titterington told the committee the escrow documents have been submitted, clearing the item to proceed to the committee for final-plat consideration.
Titterington said Phase 2 covers approximately 10.7 acres, is zoned R4 and would create 22 buildable lots. The final plat shows a dedication of right of way and private open space that would be maintained by a homeowners association; Titterington said the final plat complies with the preliminary plat.
When asked for a recommendation, Witten said, "Move forward." Committee members voted unanimously to advance the item. Committee members did not request emergency legislation and no public comment on the item was recorded.
