The superintendent said the Oct. 21 consent agenda will include an easement agreement with Greystone Power to allow access to district property for inspection and maintenance of service facilities. Staff described the easement as consistent with similar agreements the district holds.
Cole Crowder, director of procurement, presented an item to renew the district’s Invitation for Bid award for asphalt paving with Surface Masters. Crowder said the original contract began in November 2023 and included four one‑year renewal options; the board will be asked to approve the second renewal option based on proven quality, performance and price.
Both items will be presented on the consent agenda at the Oct. 21 meeting; staff advised board members to contact Crowder or the superintendent with questions prior to the vote.
