Staff also listed residential projects in review or pending: The Village at Leesburg/Paddock site (56 multifamily units), a 116‑unit Church and Market project with ground‑floor restaurant/retail, Crescent Park (townhomes and stacked townhomes), and other multifamily and mixed‑use proposals. Several projects involve staging or coordination with county approvals because some parcels were annexed after county permitting; staff said legal and bonding work is ongoing to transfer permit records and manage bond obligations.
Commissioners discussed transportation implications — including access points, intersections and the need to monitor traffic impacts as projects advance — and asked staff to provide maps and clearer parcel locations at future meetings. Staff agreed to provide 11x17 maps of development locations and to include location context on future reports.
