Bruce Burnaman, identified at the meeting as a poll manager, responded that poll managers “do try to make sure that all the signage and so forth is there,” acknowledged that mistakes can occur and said staff and state checks normally verify signage during setup. “We are human, so I guess errors can happen,” he said.
Board members asked Davis to provide her concerns in writing so staff could follow up. One board member said they would share the written complaint with the full board and staff.
