Stormwater utility fee (Ordinance 1447) The council adopted Ordinance No. 1447 to replace the legacy drainage fee and to confirm a stormwater utility fee as the sole stormwater funding charge. Staff member Britney explained the substantive change: the flat $2 drainage charge currently listed on utility bills will be restructured "to $2 per quarter acre," with property acreage verified by the Oklahoma County assessor.
