One commissioner said, "when you're seeking less than half of what is required, that's a big number," and noted concern that other applicants might seek similar parking reductions. Staff and the applicant's representative, Robert Murray, said they were not aware of existing on‑street parking problems specific to the location and said no public comments on parking had been received.
Commissioner Renzulli moved to accept the planning staff's positive recommendation; Director Carrero seconded. The motion passed on a voice vote.
