Staff told the commission that the applicant for 102 Old Oak Avenue had failed to serve required abutter notices; as a result, the commission continued the matter to the Nov. 4 meeting.
Planning staff explained the advertisement had been published but the applicant did not complete required mailed notices to abutters. Commissioners agreed the missing notices were a valid reason to continue to allow the applicant to complete the required service. Commissioner Mancini moved to continue the item to Nov. 4; Vice President Hoop seconded. The motion carried on a voice vote.
No other substantive discussion occurred at the hearing on this docket. The applicant must submit the required abutter notices before the item returns to the commission.
