Commissioner Renzulli asked for clarification that the new owner (or applicant) would pay any additional advertising costs; staff said the new owner would need to sign the amended application but a new application fee would not necessarily be required.
Commissioner Rizzoli moved to continue the item to Nov. 4; Commissioner Exeter seconded. The motion carried on a voice vote.
